I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located just a street away from Broadway near 16th St The rooms were a great value for the money, very comfortable, and equipped with a recliner and a couch, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with the management even ordering a new coffee pot for my room. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the Mayo Clinic and right across from the famous Corn 'stadium' park. However, dealing with warm water was a bit irritable. The dining experience, with a grab-n-go bag included in the rate and a variety of quality breakfast choices, was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at this hotel was okay in terms of the room, as it was spacious and clean. However, I was a little less impressed compared to my previous stay, and I hope not to return to Mayo soon. The entry to rooms from inside the building was a plus for me, making me feel more secure.

The service was awesome, going beyond their regular duties, and always friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything needed but not too close, even though the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy. Dining was above average, and the whole wheat bread rolls were a nice touch.
